I dont think I have ever seen nor heard anyone with so much skill and respect for his instrument. His technique is beyond description. I was absolutely in awe by his music.

His technique is incredible, but it doesn't get in the way of his music, but rather serves it. I never get tired of him...

do you like allan holdsworth? i also enjoy his playing a lot (i am a drummer), i think allan is the best guitarplayer out there, but stanley is def a good one as well

As a kid I was floored by Stanley, but I always considered him the dude who did "that OTHER thing", so I put him off in a world of his own, away from all the other guitarists because we all did it the same way.........Stanley IS like the rest of us...only better.
