sevgili arkadaslar ben videonun sandiginiz gibi oldugunu dusunmuyorum. bence osmanli doneminde, istanbuldan yola cikip, cöl olan bi yere(belki misira?) gidiyorlar, heykeli alip istanbula donuyorlar. coldeki cadirdan heykeli aldiktan sonra deveye binip uzaklarda bir yeri isret edip "istanbul" diyorlar. galiba 1:14 uncu dakikada..uzmeyin kendinizi ;)

yes it's not big deal but there are some facts that istanbul has never had and don't have camels and deserts. and you know what, a lot of people thinks turks are arabs and talk arabic language. this can't be compared with your example.

you know what i live in TEXAS in fort worth, there are no cacti or people riding horses in the street unless it's a parade... we have modern streets and buildings too... and not everyone is wearing a cowboy hat and has a farm or an accent... but you know what? that's what everyone thinks we are, and that's how we are depicted in cartoons (cough FAMILY GUY cough) but we have a sense of humor, so we can take it. guess what ITS NO BIG DEAL!

I can't believe that comments have gotten so bad that the uploader has had to edit the description of this video to put up a disclaimer. The animaters knew full well that this video might insult the Middle East. They are adults,whoever they were. To say it does not,would be lying. It's also good fun,I remember seeing this when it aired on tv. It was just a song that sounded good,nothing more or less. I'll be making a Episode about the Middle East. Be sure to check in and see it.
