that actually doesn't work. the wire isn't just a ground wire, its a state change wire. meaning that if there is no current on the wire at power on, then you must change from that no current to current. or vise versa. it's a simple mod. people like YOU make it hard for people

ok for all the people asking about the switch to bypass it or getting the expensive bypass from pioneer forget that all you have to do for those who have pioneer decks with the dvd screen find the very long lime green wire coming out of the radio cut it and out it together with the ground wire wich is black and the radio will bypass byitself and you dont have to worry about a dam switch draining the battery

ffor all the people asking about the switch to bypass it so you can watch the dvd while you drive you dont have to buy the on and off switch or buy the brake bypass just find the wire that says bypass most pioneer radios are lime green cut that wire and put it together with the ground wire and it will bypass it self without putting a switch or buying the expensive bypass from pioneer i know about pioneers i have been doing installation for 4 years

Hey judge magic!!! My boyfriend has one and you have to somehow bypass it, you do it with the wires somehow, you need to find somebody that is very good with electrical stuff:)

BluB00rN15, I have a question.. How did you get yours to play a movie? I have mine and whenever I tried to play a movie or adjust pictures this jacked up messege comes "warning, playing movies in the front seat prohivited". I mean this device its to be installed right in front of the front seats, so why in hell it displays this thing?. How did you get your to work? Even if i'm parked with my car off just on opened switch (draining my battery) it will still display it? I want to show it off!! lol

And if I use an usb key, will he only detect the songs on it and make it hard on the navigation?! Well, if I want to put folders on the key, is he gonna detect this or not?
