decent car. drove the 3.2 for half a year in 09 and have to say that this was really enjoyable. feels upperclass, but sleek and like a huge coupe. too bad they did not make a 2-door version. engine is as good as it gets this side from extravaganza, torquey, enormous potential to spin with a nice extra from 4500 and another one effortlessly from 5500. charismaric, musical, 4 camshafts. pleasure to live with and most of all a car that inspires you when you approach it from 50m.

anyway i'm american, i'd have to wait a year or two (maybe more) before alfa's even go on sale here. i'd test drive it first to be sure before i buy a 335, i love the way it looks and the interior. it's a tricky buy, the bmw's manual is better, and is a more dynamic car.

well that's your opinion, but i'm a capricorn. we have to have the best in life, and while the alfa's nice, i couldn't live with the fact that i could have a bmw that's better put together and handles better. if you can, then go for it.

Wrong? You HEAR? Hello!!!!! I have actually driven this car among other Alfas, and BMWs. Sure German cars are good cars and i suppose its a matter of opinion, but the Alfa just really gets me going. And Tbh on the road all you really want is a decent engine noise, a nice interior and a nice drive.

wrong, i hear the alfa is the one that drive boring. sure, the engine note is fantastic, and the interior is very lovely, but if you go for the q4 3.2 model, the car is very heavy and prone to understeer. that's what i mean. bmws look and feel boring but drive great. alfas are the opposite. we need an alfa with the chassis of a bmw.
