Well you should care about the social issue because the conservative left in the republican party are not like libertarians. They want to force everyone to learn creationism and make gay marriage illegal. I don't what you think of the pot issue but they don't that too. I don't like it either but I am willing to tolerate it. See the conservatives want to take a lot of freedoms away. While the dems just want to tax you that is all.

For one thing. The Republican party is not my party. I am more Libertarian than anything, but the establishment has made Libertarians sound as if they are all the conspiratorial kooks that seem to have hijacked that party. I agree that not all of us are all conservative. I myself am actually socially liberal, but economically conservative. Most moderates to my knowledge don't take a stand either way on swing issues though.

@jason1973tl YOu know most americans are not conervatives. A lot of them are liberal in some way weather it be socially or poltically your party is out dated and stale. but keep beleiving that the american people will vote for a party full of sheep.

Well Moderates beleive in freedom and stoical equity. its better then the freedom hating christians that want to tell everyone the right way to live. When the fact is its up to the individuals to choose not the government. what is right way to live. Republican moderates are not liberal enough to join the party but lucky for us the modrates from your party will end up voting for our party. keeping us the majority for years since no one likes this all conservative life style.
