bonjour, j'adorais Michael Jackson ,j'aurais voulu en savoir plus sur lui,sur sa vie et j'ai cru pouvoir le faire à travers toutes les vidéos publiées sur youtube malheureusement ,aucunes n'est traduite en Français !Je vous demande alors si-il n'y avait pas moyen d'avoir les traductions. Argue semantics much? That is like saying AIDS in and of itself is not deadly, because it is the conditions one develops once the immune system has been impaired that cause the death. "Almost all people with LUPUS have joint pain and most develop arthritis. Frequently affected joints are the fingers, hands, wrists, and knees. Inflammation of various parts of the heart may occur . . Chest pain and arrhythmias may result from these conditions." Hmm, sounds painful to me.

The whiteness of the skin absorbs the sun with no protections. Even sun blocks don't necessarily help and the skin does not tan, it burns. People with vitiligo are more subsceptible to skin cancers, many of which are not cureable. Hence Michael always wore hats and carried umbrellas, staying out of the sun as much as possible. Having lupus made it even worse because the sun drains your strength. Michael sadly have some very sensitive serious illnesses.

That is really not true. Lupus is NOT very painful. However, based on the fact that it inhibits the immune system, it leaves a person open to multiple other diseases and illnesses, such as kidney and other organ failures, hair loss, the sun is their enemy because it causes light headedness, blanking out, loss of energy. Sores or wounds do not heal properly without artificial aids. The steroids necessary to treat it causes body fluid retention, swelling, sometimes insomia, dehydration, etc..

Michael SAID he had Lupus and his doctors confirmed both the Lupus and the Vitiligo after his death. I totally agree w/ you that Michael was probably devastated emotionally by Bashir's betrayal, but I don't think we can ever be sure what caused him to start taking the prescription drugs, whether it was his many medical difficulties (the Lupus, the scalp burns, his bad back, the false accusations of molestations, the media attacks). I think in all truth it was probably all of it.

I am not sure if Michael had lupus and if he did it was in the very low spectrum. Yes it is painful but MJ started relying on prescription drugs after the scorching interview done by Martin Bashir of the BBC London. It started a downward spiral for MJ and I have nothing but contempt for Bashir a real Judas.

lilmiss-the complete loss of the protective melatonin which colours the skin makes one prone to have cancers of the skin which are usually excised leaving scars.This is why he wore sunscreen and makeup and had an aide carry an umbrella to shield him from the sun's rays.Skin cancer does not kill but cancers arising from moles such as melanomas can.

Michael also had Lupus -- it's why he took pain killers. Lupus is a very painful disease.

my dad said that if michael lived long enough he couldve died because of vitiligo cuz he skin wasnt really protecting him. is that true?
