I'm getting a G5 for christmas! I had to pay for about 2/3 of it though =/ whatever it may be a few years old but it still kicks ass!

I want one, I love the power macs. Mac Pro... well... fast, but IDK, I love the G5. Get a MacBook Pro, and one of these babys, ill be set... hehe

Cool video. G5 may have been the top computer a few years ago, not so much anymore though. Regardless of anyway you look at it.

When this video was uploaded, the Mac Pro still wasn't out. so the Power Mac G5 was still Apple's pro desktop.

PowerPC 970FX (G5) was 90nm in 2004 dude The model released in 2003 was 130 nm In 2003, the Pentium 4 NOTRHWOOD and PRESCOTT were both 130nm. 2004, they went to 90nm too. Moores law man...

So what? PowerPC G5 was 100x better. My PowerMac G5 from this era works amazing, and it only takes 47 seconds to boot. But my P4 PC from even 2004 is a piece of shyt and cost me over $300 in repairs so far. Windows is crap too
