Hi! Sorry if I seem a bit thick but I want to make this cake for my daughter's birthday and I'm not sure if the 'frosting' is butter based or egg based (In England we have buttercream to sandwich our cakes together but sometimes but Royal Icing which is made from egg white/icing sugar on the top) Could someone clarify as texture looks lovely x

Icing but I think she's like a kick or redneck/cowboy whatever you call those people lol and that's why she calling it that.

Regular vanilla frosting, just tinted with red food coloring, the more you put in the more intense the color will be.
