so true! I like though the r model better than the L. Better tork and just meaner! But the L is the best because the electric start. Once you go there, you can't go back!

i wish the xr 650 r came street legal from the factory but im buying a new L because i want a road legal bike from the factory so i dont have to deal with the DMV. I also like the electric start not that the R is a pain to start

110. I put a 45 tooth sprocket on it with a 13 in the front. It hauled but was heavy. But the bike is strong and very good.

This looks like Stoddard Valley. It's definitely in the Mojave. The 650 is heavy and takes strength to handle well.

LOL! He died 2 weeks after we went riding in that area. I wouldn't ride his bike because i wanted him to ride it. So when he passed, he left the bike to me, so i made this vid for his kids because he followed me on these trails and jumps. It sounds wrong but i did laugh when i read this post. He has been passed now for 3 years.
