By now you should be familiar with how it works so just aim for the stone with the up arrow on the upper wall and hit it to raise the stone mechanism. Go to the right of the dinosaur head and go through the door with the up arrow on it. Sacrifice; Once in the next room head towards the egg. Jump and the monks slab their and when he flings you up land on the egg and press B. When it hatches and the baby dinosaur comes out begin head down the other way on the path. While he eats the uggas stop moving, because if you stray to far from him he won't follow you until you go back to him. Once you reach the end go through the next stone door to return to the "worship" room.
