RockMite 40 Chapter 1BackThis is the VXO modification to this rig, the TX works, so far. I used 12uH and 4.7uH inductors and the top halves of four STDP switches instead of a four-position DIP switch. But, the RX doesn't work at all. (See Below) I have a sort of microphonic effect, but no RX in the audio hiss. This video demonstrates the 'theremin effect' of having the circuit breadboarded with long leads. It'll be different when I get it in a case and the leads shortened up. Notice that the 7.030 crystal frequency is pulled WAY down to a chirpy and drifty 6.97 something. It was fun to build this circuit, but I need advice on making the RX portion work. I still don't have it going.
