The basic idea is: an American couple (man and woman) go to a travel agency where a counselor assists them and for some reasons, there are only certain places available. The couple wants the trip soon so the best option is Colombia. Advisor 1 calls adviser 2 asking for help, he is in charge of the trips for Colombia. Assessor 2 (man) explains the possible destinations in Colombia and differences among options. The woman decides that she would like to go to Cartagena. Therefore, assessor 1 and 2 begin to make the corresponding adjustments of the trip such as: Finding a hotel, a good room, etc...
