EU Summit: Barroso & Reinfeldt at Thursday Press Conference

At a late night press conference in Brussels, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt discuss concessions made by the EU to the Czech Republic's president in an attempt to remove his opposition to the Lisbon Treaty, and also about the upcoming talks that will lead to the appointment of the first-ever permanent president of the European Council, a man (or woman) who will become known as 'President of Europe'.
