You might get your wish. All the previous renditions of Trek have gone from series first then to movie. But with this new movie, we could see a series come out of it. I would sign any petition that wants to do that.

Man I am on the verge of crying. That was amazingly done. It's like you hilighted every major event and story in the whole franchise. And I loved how you started and ended with the Gaurdian of Forever. Not to mention the music is top shelf. One of my favorite pieces from Star Trek. You honored the show very well.

I hope one day to see a new star trek series, because it was one of the few things that brought each generation together. THe hope for a brighter future kept us all as one, and there is no better veiw point then when the captians we grew up with meet the captians our parents grew up with. It comes to show us that no matter what era, no matter what race, we are all one in the same.

I have to admit, the segue with the original crew aboard the Enterprise to Scotty toasting the empty bridge... brings a tear to me eye.

My father was a heroe to me, although not to many, it is illogical to assume he is any the less a heroe based on numbers
