2Pac can't never go to jail for faking hins death, because when he died, they never made his grave and he never had a funeral. All they said is he was cremated and his ashes was mixed with some canibus and smoked by The Outlawz. Fuck that shit!! 2Pac is alive and well. He just faked his death.
