doreefille, I'm a Dutch speeking Belgian, but I manage well in French. I can tell you that you are absolutely right: it has to be translated as: "life through rose ...".

Okay, this song translates literally to "the life in pink" but it is often translated as "life through rose colored glasses" or something to that extent, because it is probably the eqivalent expression.
