5.7 GHz Radar noise? Received in Norway on 6cm band TS-2000X

Strange noise on 5760MHz 6cm ham band received in Stavanger Norway LA3EQ. Is this Radar or TV video????? It was comming in from the south over the mountains! Signals where all over my 144MHZ IF (142 to 148MHz)
