Cybercity Oedo 808 (1994) UK OST: Space Prison

Opening track to Cyber City Oedo 808. This is taken from the UK soundtrack (I'm not sure if a Japanese or North American soundtrack exist of Cybercity), released in 1995. The UK soundtrack was composed by Rory McFarlane. McFarlane used a mix of rock, electronica, and anbient styles, which many consider to be better suited to the dark futuristic tone of the anime (the origional Japanese soundtrack is said to be more 'pop'). Since Manga Entertainment lost the rights to Cyber City, the soundtrack doesn't appear on the DVD release, and is only avaitable on the Manga VHS release from the mid 90s.
