The really funny element to this scene is that Kramer says it emphatically, not once, but twice! Great effect.

Kramer = best seinfeld character, hands down. That clip was hilarious especially because kramer kept a straight face while jerry and george were really laughing

they werent laughing, if you actually pay attention....I guess it doesnt show it here, but if you've seen the episode (Which I have about 30 times, sorry im a seinfeld addict) you can see the shock on georges face.
