TS-2000 K2GXT Remote Radio Using Ham Radio DeluxeBackK2GXT's (Rochester, NY) TS-2000 being remotely controlled from my home in Massachusetts 400 Miles away through Ham Radio Deluxe and Skype. Although still a bug or two to fix, the setup works great and the HRD is feature rich and shiny. The connection is fast, under roughly 100 milliseconds on both Control and Audio transfer. The radio can be remotely turned on and off, band switch, menu changes, and even use the internal auto tuner. The software can be set-up to allow users access with or without transmit capabilities which is great for a club setting. I was hoping for a desktop video software solution to this video but resorted to a camera, maybe for the future... Look for K2GXT on the air!
