Shinkendo 2008 Sakura Matsuri - Los Angeles

The Shinkendo Honbu Dojo takes part in their annual enbu at the Little Tokyo Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival). Obata Kaiso was out of town that weekend in Atlanta (doing a seminar), so senior Honbu student Matthew Lynch Sensei (who also heads the Mashuu Dojo in Van Nuys). Matthew Sensei is always fun to have at the microphone, and the audience responds very well. We also become more relaxed when performing to such an environment. Mike Shu's note: "I edited the demonstration down to fit the Youtube limit of 10 minutes. As a result, we miss the Aikido demo in the beginning as well as some drawing techniques and kata. Apologies to Stephen and Eric for disappearing"
