This GT3 Gran Turismo 3 review has gameplay footage from Gran Turismo 3. While we all wait for the constantly delayed Gran Turismo 5, revisiting GT3 reminds CGRHD or why I like Gran Turismo to begin with and confuses me as to why they're so intent on changing it. Gran Turismo 3 is sheer perfect on the Playstation 2. Released in 2001, GT3 has some of the classic Gran Turismo tracks like Deep Forest and Trial Mountain mixed with some new ones, loads of cars like RUF, TVR and the usual Nissans, Fords and Toyotas, and an amazing graphics and physics engine. Gameplay is FUN, fast and awesome. Menus come up quickly with 2D graphics instead of clunky 3D bs, the music in the game rocks instead of sucking. And there's even a song by Snoop Dogg about Gran Turismo 3 and the awesome Playstation 2! Bring the Gran Turismo series back to its roots Polyphony Digital! Bring the fun back with the full version of Gran Turismo 5 or Gran Turismo 6 on the PS3 or PS4.... is that what you're waiting for? Playstation 4, bringing Gran Turismo 5 to virtual reality? That would be neat if it was true. GT3 is an amazing game that can be had for a few dollars on the PS2. One of the best video games ever made and one of my favorite driving games.
