Never heard of the man. But after all what do you mean? Just f*ing play Chopin's piece for yourself or ask someone to play it for you, then play this song again and see that 100% of notes are actually THE SAME. It's like I would copy several verses word for word from Byron and publish it as my own poem Sickening But what did you mean, anyway?
