A parody. 2) Those are not kids singing. It's all me - a dude - rapping over Sir Mix-A-Lot's original recording. 3) Yes, I made the "kids" say "Me so horny" and "Hell yeah" and sing about "Oakland booty." It's social commentary - partially on how kids shouldn't be listening to rap and playing violent games and watching R-rated movies - but mainly, it's making fun of Kidz Bop, and their tendency to cover songs of questionable content.
