He is going " I was decent till in junior high. I tried my way out to be a foolish.." When in highschool(or may be in general in Japanese society), many like to put lavels on others and those who got the lavel,have tendencies to carry out all the school years- cause you can't have much controll what others think or say..If you are expceptionaly intelligent kid, the school years could be boring as hell. I bet this singer dued is the intelligent one.
