I Have A Very Similar Record Entitled "The Okeh Laughing Record" From 1923.

the Okeh Laughing record is I think the orignal version. The duo who did this went round different record companies and recorded 'laughing records'. This UK Parlophone pressing I believe used the Okeh Master
