No. I meant that they were the American Beatles because even though they are Canadian (except for Levon) they played mostly in the US I believe, and so I say they are like the American version of the Beatles. That's all. But yeah, I guess you could say they are the Canadian Beatles as well. Whatever is preferred. Sorry ahardy, didn't mean to confuse you. I know the Beatles are British.

There are two things I love about the Band: 1) Their music is some of the best ever written and their lyrics are just as great. They're like the American Beatles. 2) The Band is 4 Canadians and a guy from Arkansas. lol Does anyone else get tickled by that?
