Upon reaching level 30 you will receive a new quest from your job instructor. Simply go to the requested map and collect 30 etc pieces. Very similar to collecting marbles for the original 4 classes. However it is easier since it seems to be a 100% drop rate. Once you collect them all talk to your instructor again and you will advance to second job. [Sorry about the Hawkeye (Striker job instructor) text box appearing, I accidentally clicked him.]
