TX Armed Citizen Shoots Thief in FootBackA neighborhood crime spree was thwarted when a homeowner fired a shot at a would-be robber in Houston, Texas. The homeowner had installed a security camera just hours earlier, and caught the suspect trying to steal property from the yard. Texas law allows the use of deadly force to protect lives and property.
