similarity between minor, major pentatonic scales

Back

It's noticed that the A major pentatonic scale has the same shape as the A minor pentatonic scale, except it's 3 frets lower; not surprising given lessons 2 and 4 in this series. Locating one scale from the other using your little and index fingers is also shown. 5th of 6 in series of beginning pentatonic scale lessons. i've found the strat to be fine. if anything you have to fight it a little bit, i think thats good to build strength in the left hand. my pacifica makes it easier i admit.

my first was a dean vendetta. Really good guitar, but with lots of fret buzz.

The stupid thing about my strat was that it was missing two of the springs that keep the bridge close to the body of the guitar. As soon as I got the rest of them on it was alot easier to play because they were close the the fret board again. I'd advise you guys to trie that and see if it helps (sadly the wammy bar is alot harder to use now to though)

Yeah the strings are a great height on my Pacifica, no huge buzz but it's low enough for bar chords and fast solos, I love it :D

I got an Epiphone SG as my first guitar. Its a good guitar for someone just starting to play.
