TITLE: Single Incision Sleeve Gastrectomy Using a Completely Intracorporeal Liver Retractor Single incision laparoscopic techniques have rapidly gained popularity in the field of bariatric surgery. The use has been reported with both laparoscopic adjustable band placement and sleeve gastrectomy. One obstacle encountered when performing these operations is accomplishing adequate retraction of the liver for visualization of the gastroesophageal junction and angle of His.
