Not only is he able to see that not everything is black or white, but he is now totally honest. And although wants Brian to come out, he protects Brian and reprimands Jade when she outs him. If this old Luke doesn't win Noah back, then Noah deserves to be alone. ====== 0:05 - The Snyders are supposedly living in a small mansion (or very big house) but this small living room makes it seem more like a cottage. It's clearly the most popular room since people enter and exit through it. In the past, they had a much nicer front entrance. 0:17 - Love the confused look on Luke's face as he enters 1:22 - Luke is wearing hoodies again. Those and striped shirts were his two favorite items of clothing. Old Luke is back! He was adorable when he played nervously with the hood's drawstring. 1:27 - Luke: "I was the one that kissed you" Luke is back to his old honest self. I guess he was only semi-drunk since he remembers that he initiated it 1:47 - Brian: "is everything okay between you two?" Wow, they're confiding in each other. This reminds me of the first time Luke confided in Brian, telling him how much he loved Noah. That's when Brian told Luke that he should be less out for the sake of the foundation, which pissed Luke. Times have changed! I feel that deep inside, Brian is wistfully jealous that he never had the relationship that Nuke has. Many older gay men have told me this. 2:00 - Brian: "you want me to talk to him?" I feel that Brian is sincere in wanting Nuke back together. I actually wish that Brian and Noah could talk since Noah was a big defender of Brian in the beginning, and he also owes Brian an apology 2:14 - Br "That means we could be friends" Brian strikes me as a very lonely person inside and could really use a confidante in this pivotal time 2:29 - Luc "something going on between you two" More reminders of the past. This was exactly Maddie's reaction when she saw Nuke together at WOAK, where they worked 2:32 - Luc "not privy to" Watch Luke swallow nervously as he turns. Love Van's whole-body approach to acting. Poor Luke is thinking that he's been in this position before with Maddie and Noah! 3:00 - Luc "answer my simple question" It's great that neither Brian nor Luke are willing to lie; they're simply not revealing the truth. They could have lied and said that they were planning a party for her or something like that. Although Brian won't lie, Lily's later accuses Brian of telling multiple lies (see beginning of Part 2). 3:20 - Ja "unbelievably generous" The Snyders are unbelievably naive and trusting of Jade -- just as they were with Ameera. I still don't quite trust this new Jade 3:44 - Ja "at least I don't have a gay husband" Luke's facial reaction is the best! Adorable 3:57 - Ja "chill out" Jade realizes her mistake after seeing Luke's reaction. She wants to hurt Lucinda, but not Brian or anyone else. She was never homophobic so she wouldn't ordinarily use gayness as an insult 4:07 - Luk "just knock it off" Poor Luke is trying to diffuse the situation because only he has the true facts and power (Brian has no influence on Jade) 4:38 - Luk "you know how she is" Luke has really changed. He is now trying his hardest to keep Brian closeted (to protect him (and Lucinda) 4:46 - Luc "why don't you just COME RIGHT OUT" Haha, if she only knew how appropriate those words are, everyone would have a good laugh! But they should be addressed to Brian, not Luke 4:45 - Br "EVERYBODY STOP IT!!!" Luke is probably turned on by this macho Brian. He's probably thinking, "Will you spank me, Big Daddy, if I don't stop?" :) 5:11 - Wow, the bags under Jade's eyes have disappeared. Wht happened? 5:20 - Br "I made a pass at your grandson" Luc "What exactly do you mean when you say that?" Well, I can tell you that he ain't talking about football (the least gay sport)!!! :) (for you non-American's, I mean American football. Soccer is very gay!)
