clearly the kiai master is old : he can't keep up with the technique and brute force brute force of an MMA. But what i like to see is a shoalin munk fight against a MMA fighter. Maybe it's cliche to pick shaolin but because their technique is brilliant and most importantly their resilience against pain makes them a better oponent then an old dude who had his best days.

In fairness there still are practical ones. Ninjutsu to take a contrived example, and others like Muay-Thai and Tae Kwon Do definitely train capable fighters.
