The guy who has the full tape is from Juneau, and he says she gives a rather amusing flute performance for her 'talent'. Let's hope he posts the rest before the McCain lawyers hunt him down. elite is the little pyramid on top of your republican and democrat parties, the ones who really rule your country (I'm from europe) contractors, CIA...you name it. is the system that needs to change, your president and VP are only key pieces of that big game, u wont have real changes in the education, healthcare and other sectors if the system remains the same. That's what I meant. if u want and have time you can read shock doctrine from Naomi Klein author of no logo. But I hope Obama wins :)

But using your definition, how we any different form you and your countrymen? Indeed, how are we any different from all of Europe? What you describe is not necessarily "the elite," rather "an elite" of the powerful and the well connected. This kind of elite need not necessarily have any learning, or cognitive skills, or talents, or abilities. This was always my complaint of the current Bush Administration. Remember, "You're doing a heck of a job Brownie."
