Well well, at least Renjini's initial announcements and welcome words are almost all in good malayalam! See, why do we have to say her malayalam is sooo bad? spare her! she did improve on her malayalam noticeably a bit!

This sounds like she is a foreigner and has "improved her malayalam a lot". She is a malayali girl and she should be able to talk in her mother tongue.... its not a feat to applaud...!

yes sure, Renjini seems to be born an brought up in Kerala, learning malayalam as well I suppose. But how many of us, (whoever has been at least upto high school) do speak shuddha malayalam, unless pre-prepared for a speech? Like somebody said here, Tamilians speak more tamil proudly, than malayalam by malayalees. pity!
