comancheBackmy version of the brave horse who was the sole survivor of the battle of little big horn. he was actually owned and ridden by capt. myles keogh. he had 7 wounds when found in the massacre. he was nursed back to health and retired from service and only brought out for ceremonies where he wore a saddle with the boots backwards. He died 15 years later of colic and was then stuffed and placed in a museum in kansas.
