Back

In 2003, the Hubble Space Telescope took the image of a millenium, an image that shows our place in the universe. Anyone who understands what this image represents, is forever changed by it. How Can the universe be 78 billion LY across? I explain that in this article: http://www.deepastronomy.com/hubble-deep-field.html There is also a link to a science paper on the topic, that paper actually states 96 billion LY. http://arxiv.org/abs/astro-ph/0310233
