How to eat sushi... all in one bite, I get that but how to look gracious and avoid general sushi collapse when you know the sushi in question won't fit in your mouth?... As for Ginger, I have always eaten it in between the sushis to "reset" my taste.

Use a chopstick otherwise your hands will smell like a fish for a while.

OK, but what about ginger - gari? It supposed to be eaten with maki (for example) or between them?
