People should know that everything is connected. Somehow, many still believe that mind and body are different things, the same way they judge social and material aspects. That's nice to have people like Capra helping to clear such distorced visions. Nice video!! Ecological philosophy, aways!!

I really like the Mr. Capras intensions of writing "The turning point", forcing me to studie a lot, one point I do not agree: Not only uprising science(Descartes/Newton)made people see the world in a mechanic and soulless way, 100 years early voyaging and slavery began(Renaissance)and that was nasty and eval and unecologic from the beginning. Much respect anyway to F.Capra and hopefully us transforming all into ecological species.

The picture of "world as a mashine" existed already in the heads of the "gold hunters",and the way they have written bout africans/indians/slaves is just disgusting and hurts so bad just reading it.But he is right that the antiholistic decomposition of all sciences and splitting of medicin/psychologie/economy/sociologie/ecologie is surely based in the views of scientists of that time. And Aristoteles long time bevor in denying reincarnation,great mistake to take peoples natural borders.

i do believe the messages are vital for the sustainability of the planet if we, human beings, really want to prolong their existence therein. Besides, i really find some comments very interesting and which is the reflection of our daily life that apart from fiasco nothing constructive, positive and loving-kindness can be achieved within our social institutions and structures. What a global drama of life!

You act as if you were (biologically speaking) around 15 years old child. Biologically you age much more than this, we know. But psichologically you probably do age the mentioned one.
