She is Veronica Cartwright and the movie is Man Trouble. Nothing is said about her leg being in a cast, but she is very sexy on her crutches. She was also in Whiches of Eastwick, where, guess what...she breaks a leg and shows up in church in a cast and on crutches. Maybe she has a thing for casts and crutches, nonetheless, she plays it very well.
