so you should go and type on search box arab celebrieties before and after and you'll see that really many many of them are surgeried.

all of the countries of the world have celebrities that have done plastic surgeries :) only three arab celebrities are famous for their plastic surgeries: elissa, haifa wehbe, nancy ajram :) Im sure that these are the only arab celebrities u know :) most of the rest are natural and more beautiful:) like miriam fares ad manel al filali had no plastic surgeries and are better than these :) so stop saying that arab beauty is fake :P only these three celebrities are fake :P

i don't know many celebrities? ok:Najwa Karam, Ahlam, Amal Hejazy, Elaine Khalaf, Asalah, Diana Hadad,Hanan Turk,Jowana Malah, Katia Harb, Latifa,May Hariri,Maysam Nahas, Nourhan, Nawal El Zoghby, Rajaa Belmaleeh, Zeinab, Sherin- all of them are surgeried and remade their big noses. Razan Maghreby- she looks just like she went to the same surgerist of Haifa- she looks like her sister.

these are very few of arab celebrities :) there are millions more :) if u count all the arab celebrities u will see that most of them havent had any surgeries :) and some of them that you mentioned didnt have any surgeries :) and u must know that in the arab world celebrities look ugly and most normal people are beautiful ad natural :) and if u see non arab celebrities after surgeries, they look ugly :P at least arabs look good after surgeries :)
