the biggest fucking mistake is being timed, asking for trouble. so much bad form in every sigle set they did . its like trying to do anything against the clock. you rush it and it's gonna be sloppy. The pull up's...jesus christ they were awfull

if u had to do all that back to back straight thru with no breaks dude that would take a long ass tie to build up the endurance, if thats they way they do it mad respects

If you're looking to harp on a work-out for not delivering strength and size, try picking on one that isn't trying to get you to do 50 reps of ANYTHING, you ass-fucks.

The pull ups are a monstrocity and the dead-lifts, though done faster than i usually train my clients at, are done with good form so i guess no harm no foul. This is clearly designed to boost heart-rate and cannibalize body fat - it's all endurance. You're not going to get much size out of this and that is very clear - so i dont get why everyone is so fuckin' critical about it not being a "superior" work out... it is suiting it's purpose fine.

i think some of you are missing the point about the pull-ups. the goal is not just to develop strength, but also to increase co-ordination and agility, and develop a functional movement that can be used in a range of situations apart from the gym, (eg surmounting a wall). the pull up is also an intermediate step to the muscle up, and as such should be fast and dynamic.

how about you stop kipping on your pullups because it makes it easier and straighten your legs out on the floors wipers doing something shitty and fast does not make you good at it

lol if u want to get an injury fast do those kiping pullups and especially fast dead lifts.
