been there as well in Feb. '03 very cold. much colder than oslo, norway. Sir Eiffel is breathtaking, isnt it? Merci, Messieur.

I was fortunate to be there in the Spring. I'd imagine being there in Feb would be mightly cold. If you say it's colder than Oslo, Norway, then...wow...this IS cold! But, yes, the Eiffel Tower is certainly majestic. Was a thrill to be there. Thanks for commenting.

Yes, that's me talking in the video. Was visiting my step-brother in Marseille, but we took the TGV up to Paris for a few days. Paris is, of course, UNBELIEVABLE!
