Can Thomas stop the bombings and save the railway from certain doom and restore the stock market price of coal. Who is the bomber?, why is he so bent on destruction and destroying the peace of the coal driven rail system. Is LPG the new fuel to drive the railways, and can the new diesel engine find a place in the sheds with the old steam engines who have ruled the railways up to now. Will the video cameras supplied to the engines be used for security purposes, or will the excitment of a video competition distract them and allow the mad bomber to do his evil work? A note from the Producer of Rolling Stock. Although I was never a Thomas Tank and Friends fan I did grow up enjoying TV series like Thunderbirds, Space 1999 and UFO. All these series exhibited what was ground breaking special effects and models, hopefully this video can indicate just what can be achieved with simple models, a domestic video camera and lots of spare time.
