Flood overwhelms Philippines - 28 Sept 09

The Philippines is dealing with its worst flooding in a generation, and the authorities admit they are overwhelmed by the emergency. Torrential rains from Tropical Storm Ketsana flooded the capital, Manila, and 25 nearby provinces on Saturday. The official death toll has risen above 100 people and many Filipinos remain trapped in their homes by the water. Marga Ortigas reports from Manila.
