To anyone who enjoys this music, search Colors of the Sea - Lopez High School. It is a video of the Lopez marching band performing the 1st, 3rd mvt. of La Mer and also Claire de Lune at the Texas State Marching Competition, please leave comments!!! I guarantee you will enjoy this video!!!!

Absolutely amazing. I discovered this piece on a Fritz Reiner recording of Pines of Rome, after skipping over it for years, and am hooked, and this is the best of the 4 recordings I've sampled...and rekindled my appreciation for what Claudio Abbado can wring from any orchestra.

0.o this is incredible finally someone who did it properly. the cello solo was fantastic, although maybe a bit to fast in my opinion

OMG elysion0 you are right finally, someone that can get the 1st mvt right. This mvt is incredibly hard, and absolutely amazing. If i was a girl i would marry abbado and debussy
