This is the work Zen has dedicated her life and teaching toward - how to bring an understanding of this process into the world. In each person's body, there is consistently a series of sensations that are being delivered that Zen considers to be "divinely guided". This area, unique to each individual, is giving reliable, consistent sensations and guidance on what the mind is thinking in the moment. If you are having a thought that is truth, on your purpose and creating what you desire - the sensation you will experience in that area of your body will be an opening or expansion or a peace or goodness. If that thought is not true, on your purpose and not creating what you're soul incarnation desires - you will feel a tightening, pressure, collapsing or squeezing (contraction) sensation. We tend to easily regard these sensations as feelings of anxiety, fear, pain frustration, control.... But this closing sensation is literally your divinity or higher self telling you that you are not in alignment with truth and that which you are here on this earth to create! This simple-sounding process is actually an incredibly profound tool and way of being that helps cut out "useless mind chatter", helps you understand why you are having those reactions in your body.
