Yes ryanair is like that! their aircraft are poorly mantained and they land hard to save time and to make their aircraft go tech!

agreed that they land hard to save time but... their aircraft tend to be very well maintained - no dirty flight surfaces or anything like that. Ive flown with jet2 and their 737s- well... lets just say I felt a metal piece rattling underneath me all the flight (something was loose) and the flaps and slats were coated with grime.
