You know I am a person of a certain age and remember this song when it came out. I thought then that it was suggesting a tranny woman but now that I've watched this again after all these years and know how the world has turned out since then I know for sure now that I was right.

What about the AC/DC cover with all of the people who's eyes were blacked out? You missed the whole point. You can't figure her out. Eyes are the windows on the soul and if you can't see them then you have an unknown quality which is strange. Al Capone was strange. The Twighlight Zone, The Stones sure a fuck were strange. The girl shaving is doing that because it is not normal for a woman to do that. The girl stepping on the toothpaste. That is just strange and interesting. Certainly not GAY.

This song has nothing to do with being a transexual...I was in my prime when this song debuted. I am 58 and fine.A beautiful Black woman who didn't subscribe to the morays of society... but I chose to creat my own look,who I chose to hang out with,the type of music I listened to.The men that were attracted to me were varied because I was different.....I was STRANGE.
