i don't think people should change their opinions on music everyone likes different kinds of music. Fortunatly i was born with ears that love jimi hendrix, the who, zeppelin and all the classics. so enjoy the music and quit wishing todays music would be like this cuz new stuff is always fascinating and cool

Rap is just like rock music. If you listen to what is on the radio, you won't like it. There are actually (very) good stuff in rap, as well as in rock music. You just need to search more deeply. It's the same with almost every music kind. (BTW, I fucking agree with you about Hanna Montana, High School Musical and all that crap)

This is one of my favorite songs by Hendrix. Voodoo Child is another top favorite. I agree with the sex comments, There is way too much of it these days. I miss when television had imagination. Today its who's hooking up with who, who's having sex with who, and who's seeking revenge on who.

There are a lot of rap songs that are really good, so you can't say that hip-hop is crap. Well, most of it is, but not all. :D The problem with todays music is that it has to look good. I'm talking about music videos and the artists themselves. Sex sells.

I agreed, I'm 13 and everyone school listen to sucky music like rap and hip-hop. I prefer Zeppelin, Clash and Jimi!
